THIS PICTURE IS A PICTURE OUT OF THE DANCE BUILDING Hey guess where I went yesterday? Any guesses? Oh there is none...well I went to a Ukrainian Dance competition! It was the best!! First I watched Pollisia it is a dance where all the girls where aprons that dance was amazing.But luckily that wasn't the only dance I saw. I saw Pryvit too. Pryvit is a dance full tradition and different costumes but I didn't like it..... I loved it! And they walked up holding food and I was hungry so I jumped on the stage and I almost started eating the bread but then someone told me that the bread isn't for eating and I almost got kicked out of the theatre but umm I didn't luckily. Although I am still hungry, I think after this dance I will have perogies to eat I am starving! And they are delicous.
Everydance I watched was amazing but my favorite was probably the little group of Poltava dancers. All the boys were doing kicks whilethe little girls were clapping it was an adorable sight to see. But that wasn't my only favorite, I have 3 more there was Transcarpathian dance it was a very bouncy, very crazy dance , same with Hutzul. Hutzul it was a very energetic dance too! And a character dance is a dance where people pretend to be something. They were really good dances! I wish the weekend didn't have to end on a dance like this. Oh ya, I forgot to tell you I am watching a dance as I am writing this letter and if I get in trouble I will ask the security to mail this letter for me,I would'nt want you guys not knowing the dance :).Oh no some security people are coming,I was only joking O my gosh HELP ME!
